Liz Wilmes

Artist? Me? That is the term that I have found difficult call myself. I see all the wonderful work done by others and know that I’m just a beginner and have so much more to learn. In 2016 I decided I needed to try something new so I tried watercolor. It is amazing and I absolutely love it! I also like working in pastels and plan on exploring acrylics in the near future. My passion is painting animals, especially from photos that I have taken or photos from friends. I also enjoy painting landscapes and flowers and just about anything else. I try to put in as much love and detail that I can each of my paintings, and I look forward to becoming better and better.
