Sherry Bleiweiss

I call myself an accidental artist as I never thought I could draw or paint until I took a class in Alcohol Ink and I was smitten. The medium didn’t require any drawing and the vibrancy of the ink enchanted me and created a dogged pursuit to become an artist. That was 4 years ago and I have since, sold many paintings, won several awards and have broadened my training to include watercolor, drawing and colored pencil. I now teach Alcohol ink designs at Sun City Roseville.

Advice I would give to starting artist is to not think about talent but rather practice. If you really want to pursue art, just keep practicing.
